Questions

How are comparable events chosen?
By the companies they share. Events with the most sponsors and exhibitors in common with yours count most, topped up from the same sector when the overlap is thin.
Where does the data come from?
Each event's own public sponsor page and exhibitor directory, checked edition by edition, plus the newsletter and podcast sponsorships we track. Every company links to its sources.
My event isn't listed.
Send its sponsor page to [email protected] and we'll add it.
Why no contact details?
Contact lists go stale and share people's details without their consent. The CSV carries each company's website, so your own enrichment tool can find the right person.
Is it one event or all of them?
A subscription covers all of them. You subscribe from your own event, which sets what your Monday email follows, and the full prospect list and CSV open for every event we track. A 7-day pass opens one event only.
How does the team plan work?
Whoever subscribes adds two teammates by email. Each signs in with their own link and gets the Monday email. Remove a teammate and their access ends.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page. You'll get an email confirming the end date and won't be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund, or before a pass ends for a refund of the pass. See the terms.
What appears on my card statement?
ADALMANAC.COM for a subscription and PLEASANT* AD ALMANAC for a pass, charged by Pleasant Products LLC, the company that runs Ad Almanac.
