Questions
- Which newsletters does it cover?
- Your report compares your newsletter with the others we track on your topic, from public archives and the issues sent to our inbox. A subscription opens the full report for your own newsletter.
- I sell ads for several newsletters.
- Creator covers one. Write to [email protected] about covering more.
- Where does the data come from?
- From the ads. We record who ran each sponsored slot and link every brand to the issues it appeared in, so each row can be checked.
- Why no contact details?
- Contact lists go stale and share people's details without their consent. What's hard to find is evidence that a brand buys newsletters like yours. The right person is usually easy to find on the brand's own site.
- How current is it?
- New issues are processed daily. The Monday email covers the previous seven days.
- How do I cancel?
- From your billing page. You'll get an email confirming the end date and won't be charged again. Creator stays active until then.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Write to us within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. See the terms.
- Can I change my newsletter?
- Write to [email protected] and we'll switch your subscription to it.
- What appears on my card statement?
- ADALMANAC.COM, charged by Pleasant Products LLC, the company that runs Ad Almanac.
